Reporting to the Manager, Business Development as the Sales Operations Coordinator you love the details and thrive in analysis. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our sales processes by focusing on data cleanup and management within HubSpot (our sales CRM). You will also focus on building and maintaining precise pipeline metrics and supporting the Business Development and Sales team as needed with your skillset. You are passionate about data integrity, enjoy working with CRM systems, and have a keen eye for detail, in all you love to support a Sales team to winning results.**Key Responsibilities**:
**HubSpot Data Cleanup and Management**:
- Conduct regular audits of data in HubSpot to identify and rectify inaccuracies.-
- Ideate and initiate projects ensuring data integrity-
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.-
- Implement and maintain data quality standards within HubSpot.**Pipeline Metrics**:
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline metrics and reports in HubSpot.-
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that pipeline data aligns with sales strategies and goals.-
- Provide insights and recommendations based on pipeline metrics to enhance sales performance.-
- Build reports for senior management spanning Odoo and Hubspot**HubSpot Updates**:
- Regularly update team on Hubspot's newest features and suggest implementation where needed-
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that HubSpot reflects the current state of sales activities.-
- Train and support sales team members in HubSpot usage and best practices.**Process Optimization**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to data management and pipeline metrics.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.**Qualifications***:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.-
- Proven experience with CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot.-
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.-
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.-
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.-
- Experience in developing and maintaining sales pipeline metrics.-
