**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting walk-in and scheduled customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Assisting clients with reservations, both with advance notice for planning as well as managing last-minute orders.
- Creating connections with new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, operations, and the sales team, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team members, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in managing event reservations, delivery logistics and coordination to guarantee flawless event execution.
- Assist in ensuring the showroom is always customer ready.
- Representing the company at industry networking events, building connections with potential clients, vendors, and partners
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of proven sales and customer service experience preferably in a call center environment.
- Prior experience in the events industry is an asset.
- Strong presentation skills and impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented team player capable of meeting individual sales targets while supporting the overall success of the team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings and events.
- Proven ability to prioritize in a high volume, high pressure, deadline driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and high aptitude to learn new systems.
