**VISION + PURPOSE**

The vision and purpose of the **_Junior Estimator/Sales Coordinator _**position is to:

- ** Increase estimation and sales capacity** by supporting and participating in estimation and sales responsibilities needed to execute larger projects. Bringing a high level of detail, communication and accuracy to the sales order process. Collaborating with other departments for smooth execution.
- ** Build stronger account management resources **by learning key account needs, contacts and products and by seeking to provide proactive resources and expedient responses. Working directly with sales team members in creating quotations or sales materials to support revenue growth and account relations.
- ** Provide customer service confidence, **by ensuring accurate information and resources are deployed to customers at the appropriate time in a professional manner.

- Must have strong communication skills, specifically when corresponding with or speaking to clients.

**ORGANIZATION + TIME MANAGEMENT**
- Exemplifies strong attention to detail, specifically with time and task management.
- Able to organize and access information sources, such as SharePoint, server files, individual folders.
- Able to organize and coordinate multiple tasks for multiple individuals or customers efficiently.

**DETAILED DISCIPLINE**
- Must be detailed oriented and diligent with tasks and projects assigned.
- Able to work with accuracy on critical items, such as quote and purchase order totals, tax calculations, etc.

**PROBLEM SOLVING**
- Able to seek out information needed to react and respond accordingly.

**SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE + APTITUDE**
- Experience Microsoft Office - Sharepoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to learn and utilize, help maintain and manage CRM software.
- Able to learn and utilize quoting software (AQ) + ERP software (SAP).

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES**

**PROJECT ESTIMATION / SALES SUPPORT**
- Lead and/or assist in creation of project quotes in AQ.
- Generate sales materials for sales opportunities, such as spec sheet packages, cover sheets, etc.
- Request and coordinate vendor quotes.
- Maintenance of open PO’s

**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**
- Support key accounts with R+M orders, internal coordination.
- Ad hoc account support

**SALES ORDER FULFILLMENT (COORDINATION)**
- Create and maintain sales orders with the company’s ERP software system.
- Review sales orders regularly and proactively to ensure info + details are added and updated.
- Administer deposit payments, customer registration forms, and credit card authorizations.
- Coordinate with purchasing for accurate product specification + optimal incoming product timing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and stainless shop for outgoing shipments, deliveries, installations and invoicing of goods.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Assist clients with warranty inquiries for equipment purchases.
- Provide information on purchased products, such as equipment manuals, invoices, links, etc.
- Handle requests for returns, RMA order creation and efficient execution.
