**General Description of Position**
The FAEMA Canada Technical Support Specialist (FCTSS) position is focused on customer support and customer experience. In addition to providing personal service desk support to customers at our JURA Hospitality Centre, the FCTSS will learn and gain hands on experience with JURA software installations, upgrades, support, and managed services. Delivering excellent and intuitive customer support for programming, technical guidance and overall troubleshooting is essential.

Faema has been a pioneer in the espresso culture in Canada for over 65 years, as importers and distributors of coffee machines and as operators of retail stores and cafes.

- Excellent organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives.

- Creative with solutioning to troubleshoot and solve tough problems.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
