**General Description of Position**
Faema Canada is looking for a passionate and motivated sales representative for our Jura Hospitality Centre in Mississauga. A professional individual who engages with our clients, demonstrates our products and sells the appropriate machines based on their needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greeting clients
- Demonstrating and selling espresso machines
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Trouble shooting any issues our clients might have with their machine in store and over the phone
- Signing in machines that need to be serviced
- Assisting team members when necessary
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer first” attitude. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, each station is organized, and ready for the following day.
- Assists with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space so that team members can locate resources and product as needed.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive self-motivator who takes ownership of their tasks and meets deliverables within a timely manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
**Requirements**:
- 2 years experience in sales an asset
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:
- Ability to work standing up for 8-hour shifts.
- Ability on occasion to lift up to 25lbs. unassisted and carry as required
- Ability to lift and turn throughout the shift
- Ability to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
