**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and engage with clients, demonstrating espresso machines and understanding their needs.
- **Sales Performance**: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in-store and via phone. Manage the sign-in process for machine servicing.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support and assist team members as needed.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is clean and organized, and prepare stations for the next day.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional service with a “customer first” attitude, responding to customer needs proactively.
- **Communication**: Communicate environmental and customer cues to management for appropriate action.
- **Organizational Skills**: Maintain a tidy workspace to facilitate team efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- **Flexibility**: Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
- **Employment Eligibility**: Must be legally employable in Canada.

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:

- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and carry as needed.
- Ability to twist, turn, reach, and work above shoulder level.

**Shift**:

- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts

**Work Days**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as required (on rotation)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
