What You’ll Be Doing

As the Consultant of Digital Consent and Privacy on our Digital Analytics & Integration team, you will planning, executing, and overseeing a set of related projects or initiatives within an organization in ensuring our bank's digital assets maintain the highest standards of data privacy and consent to Federal and Provincial Laws and Bills.

How You’ll Succeed
- Privacy and Compliance: Overseeing the bank's adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices across digital properties, including Bill 64, GDPR, CCPA, AdChoices, and other relevant legislation. Implementing and maintaining rigorous data privacy practices and governance.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee digital analytics projects related to consent and privacy, from planning and initiation through execution to closure. Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project objectives, and ensure timely delivery.
- Program Planning: Develop a comprehensive program plan that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This involves defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria of the program.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, team members, and external partners. Ensure their buy-in and involvement in the program's success.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including people, budget, and equipment, to ensure that the program's projects have the necessary support to meet their goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with the program and its projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, key performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Coordinating with Project Management Offices and Technology teams across the enterprise to achieve and maintain compliance
- Integration Management: Oversee the coordination and integration of all projects within the program to ensure they work together seamlessly to achieve the program's objectives.
- Change Management: Address and manage changes in the program scope, objectives, or requirements. Assess the impact of changes and communicate these changes effectively.
- Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor the progress of projects within the program. Identify and address issues, discrepancies, and roadblocks to keep the program on track.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the program's success. Regularly evaluate and report on these metrics to gauge progress.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including program plans, project charters, status reports, and other relevant documents to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization in data compliance, audit, and privacy practices. Anticipate upcoming regulatory changes and develop action plans to help the organization adapt to these changes
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that may arise within the program and between different project teams.
- Alignment with Strategy: Ensure that the program aligns with the organization's strategic goals and is delivering value to the business.

Who You Are
- You can demonstrate experience in:

- Consent Management Platform (e.g. OneTrust), Client Preference Centre for Marketing and Services, Agile Project Management and Communication, Digital and Marketing platforms and technologies, Financial Industry and/or Wealth knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- A certification in program or project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
