LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. Does the idea of collaborating with a top-notch multidisciplinary UX, design & technology team to build digital products excite you? Are you an expert in the e-commerce space and can own and drive an entire roadmap? Then the Senior Product Consultant - eCommerce role could be perfect for your next career move.
We are looking for a Senior Product Consultant with a strong focus on eCommerce platforms, to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of digital products for our clients, with a keen eye on delivering a high ROI. Your responsibilities will encompass shaping innovative concepts and product strategy, assembling detailed requirements for eCommerce initiatives, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from inception to completion in partnership with our ambitious clients. p>
The Senior Product Consultant role sits within the Product Management team, and will work directly with a multidisciplinary group of experts to expand the eCommerce offering at Apply. li>
Take ownership over creating product plans and roadmaps with the buy-in of executive stakeholders.Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD) - be meticulous in ensuring requirements of all types (client, business, user experience, design, technical, non-functional) are understood, documented, kept up-to-date, conflicts resolved, and finally communicated in a timely fashion to team members and client stakeholders.Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users - define measurement plans for the digital products that we design and build. li>Ensure requirements have been delivered to specifications, defects have been managed through to resolution, and assess readiness for launchRegularly use product management frameworks to generate alignment across discipline towards a course of actionContinuously prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision - based on data and research-driven insight.Support, elevate, and champion the practice of product management at Apply DigitalREQUIREMENTS
- You are perceptive, a creative leader, and a problem solver.
- You have done it before, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
- You bring at least 5 years of experience working within an eCommerce focused business or with a service company providing eCommerce solutions. Through this, you possess a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms.
- You have proven yourself in a consultation role, through Agency, Consultancy, or other Professional Services Firm.
- You have mastered product ownership and product discovery
- You showcase exceptional client service skills and excel in communication when working with leadership.
- You have a portfolio of digital products that you have shipped, managed and operated, and are proud to share how it delivered value to end users.
