Panadew Property Management is a Kingston-based property management firm, specializing in residential real estate management. We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to add to our staff as a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant.

**Duties of this position**:

- Responding to tenant requests and concerns
- Greeting and assisting clients entering our office
- Scheduling showings and answering questions from potential tenants
- Scheduling and coordinating trades for service calls as needed
- 35 hours in office per week
- Some evening and weekend admin work from home

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma is required
- Proficiency in using Windows and Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be task-focused, very organized, and able to multi-task
- Fast or above-average typing speed is required
- Customer service skills and experience are required
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
