Office Administrator/insurance Coordinator/jane App Expert

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
1. Jane App Management:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Process and track insurance claims via Jane App.
2. Insurance Coordination:
- Submit and follow up on claims with private insurance companies, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with insurance representatives to facilitate claim approvals.
3. Client Services:
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding scheduling, billing, and insurance coverage.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Address client concerns and ensure a positive experience at the clinic.
4. Administrative Support:
- Manage daily operations of the clinic, including coordinating therapist schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- **Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Farsi.
- Experience using Jane App or similar practice management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
