**We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and energetic person to join our front desk team. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool We are looking for someone to join our fun-loving team full-time.**

**Duties**
- Manage daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Oversee patient scheduling and appointment management to optimize office efficiency.
- Ensure accurate handling of patient records using Jane EMR.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with physiotherapist professionals to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Process direct billing to insurance providers and handle payments from patients accurately.
- Assist patients in purchasing clinic-recommended products and maintain proper inventory tracking.
- Manage patient bookings, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, treatment rooms, and Pilates gym to ensure a welcoming environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in front desk operations within a physiotherapy/ Pilates clinic.
- Familiarity with Jane medical records system..
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage phone systems efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
- Experience in Physiotherapy clinic is preferred but not mandatory.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about enhancing patient experiences in a healthcare setting while demonstrating strong leadership qualities.

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
