The Customer Service Representative is part of the first line of contact for our many valued customers. Are you ready to be at the front of shaping a great customer experience?

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering client or vendor calls & scheduling pickups based on client requests
- Updating cieTrade with appropriate information for clients
- Uploading information including bin specs and pricing for any new clients being onboarded
- Dealing with customer service issues for existing clients
- Filing hauler invoices when received
- Preparing Invoices for existing clients per deadlines
- Preparing & uploading client specific billing sheets along with invoices
- Ensuring hauler invoices are paid on time
- Resolving any discrepancies on client invoices
- Logging discrepancies per hauler
- Creating and updating sustainability reports for clients as needed
- Sending out RFP Requests to multiple haulers
- Analyzing pricing received from haulers
- Preparing RFP Documentation per client requirements
- Assisting with client Quarterly or Annual presentation
- Perform other duties as necessary

**Experience**:

- One year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Completion of a related University or College program (preferred)
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Logistics industry experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask at a proficient level
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
