**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources specialist to oversee comprehensive HR management for our company, ensuring HR policies align with business strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations

2. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals

3. Responsible for managing the entire hiring process, including drafting and posting job ads, conducting interviews, and overseeing all related recruitment activities

4. Manage and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness

5. Provide career development planning and training programs for employees

6. Handle employee relations issues to ensure a harmonious work environment

7. Ensure HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations

8. Handle employment benefit packages

9. Payroll Management:

- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, update employee details, and resolve discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of HR management experience
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in various HR functions, particularly recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team management is preferred

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- On site office work in North York

**Salary range: CA$55,000/yr - CA$75,000/yr**

**Application Instructions**:
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
