**Customer Retention Specialist**

Tre'dish is an innovative online grocery retailer committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in North York and help us nurture and grow our member base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welcome Calls**: Conduct basic orientation for each new customer that signs up for a membership, providing extra attention and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Nurture User Adoption**: Monitor key cohorts that are lagging in their membership usage. Proactively reach out to these members, leveraging relationships built during onboarding to stimulate adoption.
- **Reactivate Canceled Members**: Engage with former members to understand their reasons for cancellation and encourage them to rejoin.
- **Retain Members**: Work with members who express a desire to cancel, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to retain their membership.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with membership-based CRM and/or dialer technology, (specifically Centcom).
- Ability to commute to the North York area.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a proactive approach to problem-solving and member engagement.
- Is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
