**Compensation**: $48,000 to $55,000 salary base pay plus annual profit sharing bonus

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours, flexible

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Foster Connection**:Cultivate profitable relationships with small and medium wholesale accounts, guiding customers through the entire sales cycle.
- **Enable the Sales Flow**:Stay organized and follow processes and procedures to administer the sales cycle from start to finish.
- **Champion Products**:Positively influence customers by exhibiting strong product knowledge and proposing options/solutions.
- **Promote Customer Satisfaction**: Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately processing orders and providing after-sales support.
- **Be a CRM Czar**: Create and maintain HubSpot records to corporate standards, and ensure information collected is easy to interpret and data collected is well-organized for use by the team.
- **Go on the Hunt**: Support pipeline generation through prospecting, gathering contact information and networking as needed.
- **Execute Strategy**:Provide feedback on sales strategy based on prior experience and implement improvements.
- **Learn the Lay of the Land**:Obtain and provide market intelligence and feedback to management. Conduct research and stay ahead of competitor activities.

**Who You Are**:

- Degree or diploma in business administration or relevant field, and/or certification in sales or marketing
- 1-3 years of business to business sales experience
- Strong knowledge of sales administration
- Experience with CRM systems and working knowledge of Hubspot is a must
- Competent skills with productivity tools such as: Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing both internally and externally
- Excellent organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently, remote
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- _Bonus: _Knowledge of the cannabis smoking industry would be beneficial.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a fully remote Full-Time permanent position. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada and generally cover business hours. Workdays are Monday to Friday, with a flexible work week of approximately 35 hours. You may be required to travel a few weeks a year to attend trade shows or visit clients (5%.). A valid full driver's license is required.
