**Responsibilities**:
Administrative:

- Update sales agents regularly with inventory information and product availability.
- Prepare shipment reports and coordinate with warehouses for timely order fulfillment.
- Address sales agents' inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Warehouse:

- Accurately input orders into the warehouse system.
- Instruct warehouses to process and ship orders promptly.
- Prepare invoices for shipments and send them to customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of warehouse activities.

Trade Shows:

- Attend wholesale trade shows as instructed by management.
- Share product knowledge with customers and assist in placing orders.
- Coordinate booth setup and teardown with the company.
- Facilitate the return of show samples to the warehouse.

Sales Agents:

- Provide comprehensive support to Milo's USA and Canadian sales agents.
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports to sales agents.
- Receive and process orders from sales agents using the warehouse portal.
- Coordinate and distribute show samples to sales agents.

Customers:

- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers.
- Make periodic calls to customers for re-orders and provide sales and merchandise reports.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Share product catalogs and product images with customers upon request.

**Requirements**:

- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and warehouse management systems.
- Prior experience in administrative support, warehouse management, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel and attend trade shows when required.

**Salary**: $45,879.42-$118,074.17 per year
