Laserglow Technologies is a successful and growing optoelectronics company headquartered in Toronto. We are light enthusiasts that provide innovative Virtually Projected walkways, safety signs, truck docking lasers, crane and forklift lights using the latest laser and LED technologies.

We are seeking an **Sales Coordinator - US** who will work with sales team to manage the day-to-day service requirements with existing and new accounts. You will be responsible for internal resource coordination to ensure timely responses for existing and new accounts. You will help maintain customer great customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to drive sales towards quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Create and maintain quote closing calendar to aid Sales and Operations in meeting deadlines/closings
- Communicate effectively with customers, as well as within the company, to facilitate clear and accurate written and oral information exchange
- Answer in-bound customer sales calls and supporting/ transferring calls to appropriates sales agents
- Enter orders and process payments through the ERP system
- Manage potential leads in CRM, creating leads or opportunities and assigning to sales team for follow up
- Provide in-office support, managing demo equipment inventory for trade show advance and onsite sales
- Coordinate Company events, travel, accommodation and inhouse social activities
- Assist with presentation and proposal preparation
- Aid with Marketing initiatives - curating social media posts and newsletters

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in a supporting role to sales and customer service teams
- Completed bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent job experience
- Marketing experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both in articulating ideas and gathering input from key stakeholders
- Additional languages, spoken and written, are a definite asset
- Excellent MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation proficiency
- CRM expertise with data entry and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload when handling various responsibilities at once

This is a full-time in-office position. We will train as necessary, as we prefer to hire someone with the right attitude and energy as well as a passion for science and technology.

**Compensation**:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package which includes a base salary, annual bonus, paid vacation and sick time, vision care, dental care, extended health benefits and travel opportunities throughout North America.
