Education Media Coordinator

Providing the highest level of customer service, you will liaise with clients and learners on a variety of design and e-learning programs and work in a dynamic environment with an extremely dedicated team.

**Responsibilities**
- Create/edit education course templates using advanced-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Create/edit e-learning modules using Articulate 360
- Resize images and perform other tasks using Adobe Photoshop
- Enter information into web pages in the form of HTML code
- Add news/events and edit website course information as needed
- Support client services personnel, education program developers, and account managers as required
- Draft accurate documents, responses, and memorandums
- Fulfill a variety of complex and time-sensitive administrative duties within tight time frames

**General/Administrative Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Advanced-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to effectively manage complex tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems/issues and take necessary steps to resolve them
- Ability to deal with inquiries and requests for information with tact and diplomacy
- Proven professional customer service experience
- Self-direction, attention to detail, dependability, and resourcefulness

**Design Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of/experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Basic knowledge of HTML code is an asset
- Experience with Articulate 360 is an asset
- University or college degree/diploma in graphic design or a related field is preferred

**Location**: While all employees may currently work from home, they must reside in Ontario, Canada; and attend staff meetings in person, upon request.
