Office Assistant/service Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Provide excellent customer support and service to customers
- Answer phones professionally with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations
- Computerize information accurately for easy access and retrieval
- Additional tasks assigned by Service Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
- Strong organizational skill
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
