Office Administrator

Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly on all social media platforms.
- Actively do the the marketing for social media posts and advertisements for car sales and mechanic shop as well
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track engagement, reach, and effectiveness of posts.
- Assist in organizing and promoting special events or promotions through social media channels.
- Maintain an organized inventory of car parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for repairs and maintenance services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital graphics for online advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials for automotive repairs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in automotive technology, sales strategies, and marketing techniques to stay competitive in the market.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office and workshop area to create a welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations of the business.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
