We are looking for a Sales Planning Operations Manager who will report to the Director of Global Sales Planning - Parts, Accessories and Apparel, and who’ll be tasked with executing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and overseeing both the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process, as well as the Order to Delivery (OTD) process for our Parts, Accessories and Apparel business. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of guiding decision makers toward an optimal balance between sales, inventory, internal capacities and financial objectives at BRP.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Execute the Sales and Operations (S&OP) process, including the coordination of activities on a monthly basis covering a time horizon of 3-24 months.

Develop, implement, and maintain the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process, which includes execution and logístical tactical plans within the time horizon of 0-3 months. Ensure the S&OE process is sustained to the highest level of maturity.

Coordinate product reviews, demand reviews, supply reviews and inventory plans. Perform gap reconciliation, prepare and analyze various scenarios while proposing recommendations. Maintain tracking of attendees, action logs, outcomes, and summaries of these meetings.

Engage stakeholders on key expectations and drive change. Actively define and deploy dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow up on action plans by communicating decisions to all relevant teams, including the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process. Ensure completion of actions or escalations as needed.

Link day-to-day processes or tactical activities of Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) that connect to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Solve challenges by keeping sales, planning, supply and production on course to align with financial objectives.

Oversee Order To Delivery (OTD), including management of the entire flow from order initiation until the product is delivered to the end customer. Ensure the order fulfillment process is efficient and optimized: procurement of goods, inventory, order processing, picking, packing, sorting, shipping, delivery and returns. Create KPIs to monitor order to delivery lead time in the supply chain.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or another related field.

At least 8 years of experience with supply chain planning in a global context, including 5 years in a management role, and solid knowledge and understanding of processes related to demand planning, product introduction, inventory planning, finance and customer service. Inclusive of S&OP, S&OE and OTD areas.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and impactful manner. Proven experience facilitating meetings with cross functional teams and various levels of seniority. Skilled in negotiations, conflict resolution and influencing change. Ability to establish credibility by building and maintaining trusting relationships.

Up to 30% travel is required.

**ASSETS**:
An MBA and/or strong technical skills such as SAP system experience and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Fluency in French is a plus.

**A proactive and autonomous approach with a focus on process**: the ability to define requirements, implement processes and tools while prioritizing based on business needs.
