GardaWorld is currently hiring a** Payroll and Bill Administrator** for our Protective Services Division business line. This position works at the Hamilton office located at 54 Centennial Pkwy N, Hamilton. Reporting to the Regional Director, Pay, and Bill work collaboratively with Account Managers, Recruiting, and Scheduling. Pay and Bill is responsible for improving the overall processes and accuracy of invoicing and payroll, which contributes to the retention, of both our clients and employees.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 08:30 am
- 04:30 pm

Location: 54 Centennial Pkwy N, Hamilton (In-Person set up)

Position

Salary
- $50k+ Benefits provided after 3 months probation

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage a specific portfolio of accounts and clients requiring billing services
- Generate manual invoices for clients with unique requirements
- Coordinate billing for services provided, including attaching necessary reports and backup
- Maintain master customer files and ensure the filing of vital correspondence and contractual documents
- Proficiently handle crediting and re-billing of invoices
- Create and update client information, contractual details, and bill rates
- Review the Client Master for accuracy, validity, and completion of essential updates
- Enter pay adjustments such as pay increases, expenses, allowances, etc.
- Compile earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable wages to prepare reports
- Manually program and reconcile statutory holiday payments - Update employee personnel information
- Manage union transfers, garnishments, and vacation pay seniority percentages

**Payroll related duties**:

- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions and non-taxable wages
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Enter pay adjustments (pay increases, expenses, allowances)
- Creates and updates employee personnel information
- Union transfers, garnishments, etc.

**Billing related duties**:

- Creates manual invoices for customers with special requirements (i.e. that cannot be addressed through regular or default invoicing options)
- Coordinates billing for services rendered and also attaches required reports/backup
- Maintains master customer files, and ensures filing of essential correspondence and contractual documents
- Generates credits

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Business Administration/Finance required, Accounting degree preferred
- Excellent skills using MS Word and Excel
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of payroll system is preferred
