As Associate Product Manager, you'll ensure successful product launches. Your role extends to fostering a collaborative culture within the development team, educating staff on product functionality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you'll play a key part in product testing and design, ensuring smooth migration and upgrades. Continuous monitoring of product performance and metrics, coupled with your commitment to generating detailed product documentation, will contribute to the ongoing success of our products.

**Responsibilities**:
**Management**
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining features, functionalities, and enhancements that align with the company's short-term and long-term objectives. Prioritize features based on customer needs, market demands, and business value.
- Oversee the product launch process, coordinating with various teams to ensure a successful rollout. Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product. Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
- Preparing the Developer’s Scope of Work for the site according to standards and specifications, tracking and ensuring the quality of the Developer’s work, and collaborating with the Launch team to prepare for the site’s launch as it nears completion.
- Generate and maintain product documentation, including product user guides.

**Leadership**
- Lead and inspire the development team by providing clear direction, setting expectations, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a resource, educator, and coach to other company staff members in terms of product functionality, capabilities, and value to the industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development and customer success teams to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements, timelines, and goals.

**Testing & Ticketing**
- Respond to client tickets and requests in a timely manner. Oversee ticketing process from beginning to end by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and participate in product testing and design.
- Develop plans for product migration/upgrades, globalization/localization.

**Qualifications**:

- A post-secondary degree and/or equivalent experience in a relative field.
- 2+ years of successful experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, delivering multiple B2B products.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP.
- Strong skills in analysis, documentation, and presentation.
- Proven ability to manage and drive product development.
- Technical proficiency in browser-based systems.
- Experience in cross-functional project management and new product rollouts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to address diverse audiences effectively.
- Ability to inspire enthusiasm and drive innovation.

Compensation:

- 70-80k Base Salary
- Health and Dental Benefits
- 15 vacation days + Christmas week off
- 4-day long weekends
- RRSP with DPSP match of up to 5%

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
