**Associate Manager, Production**

(18 Month Contract)

United Way Greater Toronto is looking for an experienced, efficient, and collaborative Associate Manager, Production to join our team at our Toronto office.

Reporting to the Manager, Production, the Associate Manager Production, is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the annual production of all United Way Greater Toronto marketing materials, from concept stage through completion.

**What you’ll do**:

- Working with Sr. Manager, Marketing Content and Production and Production Manager, manage end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation to final implementation, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and production timelines
- Work closely with designers and content teams to coordinate deadlines and help manage workflow through project management tools (e.g., Teamwork) and docket system
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on production timelines and progress
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates, identifying risks, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved budget
- Track inventory of in-kind media opportunities and booking ad space as needed
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with printers and other outsourced suppliers and coordinate the production of materials including estimates, timely file delivery, purchase orders, invoice processing, translation, and budget coding
- Work with Production Coordinator to deliver final production execution for projects
- Other duties as assigned

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- 3-5 years print production and project management experience
- Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite an asset
- Knowledge of the print production process
- Solution-oriented and an ability to make sound and timely decisions within the scope of the position
- Committed to excellence in work quality and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to respond positively to change or setbacks
- Proven organizational abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excels in developing client relationships and cultivates internal relationships with enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and constituent service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse set of constituents
- Required computer skills: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Project Management software, SharePoint
- Willingness to actively contribute to the organizational equity framework through participation in learning opportunities and implementing anti-oppressive, and anti-racist learning into action internally and externally
