About the Role & Team

theScore is looking for an Associate Product Manager with demonstrated success in consumer products to join the team. As an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial product leader, you will innovate and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise and delight to our users while delivering business value to the company. The Associate Product Manager will have a track record of owning and delivering value to customers that raise the bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. You will need to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role focuses on discovering and delivering enhancements and new features to our Payments product, an integral part of the customer journey for theScore BET and ESPN BET customers. The team's mission is to provide users with a seamless and comprehensive payment experience, by integrating with service providers and offering user friendly UI and features. The product is a mature platform that has scaled to process billions of dollars per year, and the team has high levels of internal visibility with leaders in Operations, Compliance, Fraud, Finance, and VIP who rely on the product to succeed.

About the Work

**As a key member of our Payments Team you will**:
Report to the Lead Product Manager and assist with product roadmap execution.
Gather feature requirements from user research, operational stakeholder input, and elsewhere, and translate these into detailed documentation for design and engineering.
Work with designers to create user-centric and intuitive experiences.
Communicate daily with the development team on prioritizing, unblocking, and completing deliverables to consistently deliver user and business value.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new feature training, release, and adoption.
Analyze data and metrics to measure business impact of new and existing features.
Build strong relationships with relevant team members and stakeholders.

About You

A post-secondary degree and/or equivalent experience in a relative field.
1-3 years of experience in product management, payment operations, sportsbook operations, project management, engineering, or a related field in tech.
Proven track record of self-organizing, taking ownership and driving results.
Experience working directly with a development team in an agile environment to deliver digital products.
Highly analytical - understand product data (e.g., quantitative and qualitative insights), communicate the results clearly and effectively, and make decisions based on those insights.
Communicative and collaborative—you're not afraid to reach out for more information or to verify assumptions.
Biased towards action—a great collaborator who drives towards clarity and delivery.
High bar for delivering quality—from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.
A passion for sports, esports and/or iGaming, or the desire to learn about them & understand what gets users excited.
