We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join the product management team. In this role, you will gain experience in product management by working closely with the Director, Product Management, and taking ownership of assigned tasks. This role is an entry point to becoming a Product Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead on usage analytics and in-app guidance using Pendo
- Supported by in-house experts, develop deep knowledge of carbon pricing regulations around the globe
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business cases
- Conduct competitor research and analysis
- Author internal and customer-facing support documentation
- Occasionally, provide customer support

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A commitment to learning
- An interest in a career in product management
- Solid English-language written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Prioritization and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work proactively in both independent and collaborative tasks where there may be some ambiguity
- Ability to be accountable for your work within documented timelines
- Collaborative and inquisitive
- Knowledge of sustainability/ ESG and/or carbon markets is valuable
- Prior experience in a software company in any capacity is valuable

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Product Management bootcamp, or similar training, a plus
