**Job Description**:

- Lead the optimization of various finance processes (incl. simplification, standardization, assessing potential for automation, review of responsibilities)
- Be an active change agent for organizational transformations (ex. centralisations and decentralisation of activities)
- Implement changes within and beyond the finance department through various activities (incl. workshops, stakeholder alignment activities, trainings, communications, documentation, support post go-live)
- Project management and controlling of different initiatives with various stakeholders simultaneously

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business BBA or BCom (ex. with a specialization in finance, accounting), or another bachelor’s degree and an MBA
- 4 to 6 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years of project-based responsibilities
- Strong skills in project management and controlling, change management, organizational development, and process improvement & documentation
- Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
- Capacity to automate activities in Excel by coding, an asset
