**Job Summary**: Newforma, a leading AEC product engineering company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist/Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving process optimization, streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and facilitating Agile/Scrum practices across our organization. Your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis, change management, and Agile frameworks will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient project delivery. **Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and eliminate waste in various department, including product development, engineering, and customer support.
Act as a Scrum Master for Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to achieve measurable results.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, gather feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Develop and deliver training programs on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Scrum, Agile, and/or other practices to increase awareness and capability within the organization.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements, track key performance indicators, and report progress to management.
Collaborate with the IT team to leverage technology solutions that support process automation, data analysis, and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement, Agile/Scrum, and process optimization.
