**Conseiller Technique en Amélioration Continue**
Le Conseiller Technique en Amélioration Continue servira de ressource principale pour l’implantation et l’amélioration du système Zoho qui a été sélectionné comme système ERP de l’entreprise. Conseiller Technique en Amélioration Continue sera aussi responsable de planifier le futur de l’utilisation des systèmes et logiciels au sein de l’entreprise.
Une journée type:
- Être le premier point de contact pour toutes questions des employés concernant le système ERP Zoho
- Revoir les processus opérationnels et proposer les améliorations adéquates
- Conseiller par rapport aux meilleures pratiques d’affaires et le potentiel d’amélioration et d’automatisation des diverses fonctions de l'entreprise
- Développer les outils internes pour améliorer la capacité et l'efficacité des équipes à exploiter efficacement les logiciels
- Comprendre l’architecture des systèmes informatiques et utiliser ces connaissances à des fins d’amélioration
- Effectuer les formations aux employés lorsque des modifications sont faites dans le système ERP
- Développer des rapports personnalisés
- Mettre en page et intégrer divers éléments visuels dans les interfaces utilisées
Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe:
- Diplôme de 1er cycle en Génie Industriel et / ou en Technologie de l’information
- Avoir des connaissances spécifiques en définition et amélioration de processus
- Posséder de l’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Être bilingue (français et anglais)
- Avoir un intérêt particulier pour la gestion de projets et les nouvelles technologies
- Connaissance de l’amélioration par processus et des outils Lean Six Sigma, un atout

Position summary:
**Technical Continuous Improvement Advisor**
The Technical Continuous Improvement Advisor will act as the company’s resource for all things Zoho related (implementation, improvement, processes, etc). This person will also be responsible for planning and implementing all future system needs.
A day in the life:
- Be the first point of contact for employees who have questions regarding the ERP system
- Understand the architecture behind the company’s IT systems and utilize that knowledge for future improvements
- Review and improve current operational processes
- Advise management on best practices and improvement potential and atomization of company functions
- Develop the appropriate internal tools to improve different departments’ capacities and efficiency in utilizing technologies
- Train employees when changes are made to the ERP system
- Create and develop customized reports
- Integrate visual elements within the appropriate interfaces
