**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
Location: Mississauga on site

Our client, is a small financial services firm that has been successfully helping its clients achieve their investment goals and meet their lifestyle protection needs since 1988. Their team of professionals provides customized financial planning and insurance services to individuals, business owners, and their families. They are looking to add a talented Administrative Assistant to the team.

Role Mandate:
Reporting to the President, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the activities of the leadership team to ensure that things are operating in an efficient manner. This onsite position in thier Mississauga office will be focused on our clients and that in turn will help them to grow their assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients who come onsite and ensure that they are comfortable
- Prepare client files for meetings and maintain them
- Support our Advisor for Life and Health insurance
- Order appropriate medical testing for clients
- Work directly with insurance companies and brokers
- Maintain and update our CRM, ACT

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree preferred
- Strong skills in the MS Suite of Products including; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working in a financial services firm is ideal OR the desire to learn about the insurance and investment industry
- Professional, approachable demeanor and a strong sense of team membership
- Strong organizations skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to learn quickly

This position will work in the office from 9-5:30 weekdays
