**Skills & Abilities**
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in organizational development and a minimum of two (2) years of direct management experience.
- Expert knowledge of organizational development interventions including working knowledge or organizational design with experience in supporting leaders through transformational change
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively for various stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Superior professional judgment, diplomacy and relationship building skills
- Highly organized, proven attention to accuracy and detail and an ability to produce high-quality within work tight timeframes
- Demonstrated service excellence approach and commitment to continuous quality improvement and performance measurement
- Strong business acumen, accountability and results-oriented

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Certifications and applied practice in one or more of the following: change management, project management, facilitation, coaching, talent management or leadership development

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Driven by innovation and program excellence, lead the Organizational Development Team to deliver the following portfolio: Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Experience, and Employee Recognition.
- Provides leadership, guidance and expertise on the development and execution of integrated organizational development and talent management strategies.
- Drives the development and implementation of organizational development policies, procedures and programs including accountability frameworks, performance measures, indicators and results.
- Models and promotes change leadership competencies and principles. Contributes to the development and implementation of change management methodologies, leading practices, and strategies to ensure the organization develops internal capacity.
- Partners cross-functionally across the Human Resources Team and program leaders to drive future programming and opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and employee engagement and experience initiatives.
- Leverages digital tools and analytics to provide data-based insights in support of data-driven decision-making
- Provides input or prepares reports, briefing notes, presentations and analysis, as requested.
- Creates compelling organizational communications and other internal content supporting and promoting our people strategy
- Exemplifies behaviors, actions and attitudes consistent with our mission, vision, and values, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative and innovative team culture
