**Overview**:
Enpure Home Comfort, a leading provider of HVAC services including water heater rentals, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be essential in managing the daily administrative operations of our office, providing support to our technicians, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, schedule service calls, and follow up with customers regarding service or product issues.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments for HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices to customers, follow up on unpaid invoices, and handle billing discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.
- **Data Entry and Records Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of customer information, service history, and payments.
- **Communication**: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as needed to support daily operations.
- **Team Support**: Assist management and other staff with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain company records, including service agreements, contracts, and other important documentation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the office and technicians comply with all regulatory requirements related to the HVAC industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
