**The Role**:
We are looking for a reliable, positive and friendly full-time Office Administrator to join our exciting and growing team You will be responsible for the office's day-to-day operations and administrative support. The role requires you to come into the office daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Warmly greet and assist visitors who come into the office, ensuring they sign in and out
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages and schedule couriers for any outgoing mail and packages
- Running errands, banking, and scheduled pick-ups
- Maintaining cleanliness/orderliness of the kitchen, meeting room and reception area
- Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory
- File, retrieve, and maintain documents electronically
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Ad hoc administrative work, as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Team player, positive attitude, flexible and dependable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent telephone presence and courteous disposition
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Knowledge (Education/Experience)**:

- Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
- Mortgage Agent course needed and can be completed upon commencement of employment

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
