We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Utilizing Quickbooks Online to maintain accurate financial records and track financial transactions.

Reconciling accounts regularly to ensure financial data accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Monitoring and managing the company's financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Generating financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.

Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Working closely with the management team to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Collaborating with the company's external accountants during audits or tax preparation.

Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and ensuring data security.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks with mínimal supervision.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate 4-6 hour shifts, 2-3 times a week.
