**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inventory Management:_
- Oversee material receiving and ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders in the system.
- Investigate discrepancies and work collaboratively to ensure a resolution.
- Document Handling:_
- Match documentation with precision, ensuring accuracy at all levels.
- Efficiently organize, analyze, and store documentation in a systematic manner.
- Team Collaboration:_
- Work on ad-hoc projects, contributing to team goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with various departments, playing a pivotal role in ensuring administrative excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Education & Experience:_
- A post-secondary diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role.
- Skills & Abilities:_
- Good in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong data entry abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for continuous learning.
- Personal Attributes:_
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
