Admin/billing Asssistant

Looking for an administrative clerk; someone who is detail oriented, patient and and independent thinker.
In this role, you will be approving partner invoices, reviewing paperwork ( BOLs, PODs, custom clearances) to make sure we have signatures in the right place, customer reference numbers for billing, customer approved quotes/rates, etc.
In addition, you will be in charge of ensuring paperwork smoothly moves through its phases of the booking, dispatching, delivered and invoiced stages. For this role, organiztion, time management and again attention to detail will be optimal.
Although, these tasks can and will be performed independently, you will be in a team environment; open and positive communication will be required (from time to time) and a team-work hands-on approach would greatly impact the team and environment.

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
