**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Data Management Team Lead, CCfV, the Data Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate operations as related to the Data Management Team, as well as assist in the development of programming systems for entry, management, and verification of clinical research data collected in surveillance and/or clinical trials.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary university or college education and 2+ years of work experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of and previous experience using SAS® an asset
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Excellent time management skills and experience
- Understands research ethics, in concept and practice
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients; able to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; able to speak, listen, and write in a clear, confident, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- Effective time management and decision-making ability to set priorities based on deadlines (both internal and external); demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional organization and planning skills, including developing a work schedule, monitoring progress toward goals, and tracking details, data, information, and activities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic data capture systems
