Desktop Support Specialist

**What you've done**:
- Applied your 5+ years of progressive L2 Desktop, Server, and Network support experience to in-depth troubleshooting situations.
- Used your knowledge of Windows 10, VMware, and Citrix to deliver common and complex solutions.
- Solved MS Exchange communication issues and supported the entire Microsoft 365 suite.
- Developed a thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
- Explored unique troubleshooting scenarios with MS DirectAccess for AOVPN.
**What you will do**:
- As part of the team, you'll manage day-to-day escalations assisting VIP users and Senior Managers while offering L2, White Glove Service and deliver in-depth troubleshooting knowledge.
- Support users both onsite and remotely.
- Review technical documentation and provide feedback for improvement.
**It would be awesome if you had**:
- Cisco CCNA Certification/Microsoft 365 Certification/Azure Certification.
- Network Architecture and Network Topology knowledge.
- Scripting language experience with PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML.
- Internet browser proxy experience
- Understanding of SevOne, Corvil, ExtraHop, Splunk, Fiddler, Wireshark.
