**About the role**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Dribbble sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of the organization’s digital advertising sales efforts. You’ll lead and build a high-performing team of account executives, empowering them to consistently surpass targets and exceed expectations. With a focus on sales team management, strategy development, and initiative implementation, you’ll maximize sales productivity and profitability within Dribbble’s advertising sales domain.
**As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for**:
- **Sales enablement**: develop and implement impactful sales strategies, processes and tools that enable the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed their targets, resulting in maximized revenue and market penetration.
- **Coaching & training**: provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to the sales team, equipping them with advanced sales techniques, deep product knowledge, and effective customer relationship management skills, fostering their professional growth and driving exceptional sales performance.
- **Sales performance analysis**: conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and valuable client feedback to uncover actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and the optimization of sales strategies for enhanced performance and results.
- **Client relationship management**: cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service, effective communication, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships to drive growth and foster customer advocacy.
- **Goal setting**: set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, aligning them with overall company goals, and regularly monitor performance against these goals. Assist the sales team in delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our digital ads solutions.
- **Sales forecasting and budgeting**: work closely with the leadership and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor expenses and sales costs to ensure they align with the allocated budget.
- **Market research**: stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use market research insights to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches.
