**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Setup and Management**:

- Create and set up advertising accounts on different social media platforms from scratch;
- Develop and maintain a structured ad account hierarchy for efficient campaign management;
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.

**Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop a comprehensive social media advertising strategy aligned with business goals;
- Create engaging ad content and copy that resonates with the target audience;
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.

**Budget Management**:

- Maintain strict control over advertising spend to ensure profitability;
- Implement budget allocation strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize returns;
- Monitor and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Regularly analyze campaign data and metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creative, targeting, and messaging;
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging advertising strategies;
- Benchmark FlightHub's social media advertising efforts against other travel industry players.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers;
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance;
- Present findings and progress updates.

**Critical Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred;
- Proven experience in social media advertising, with a track record of building and scaling successful campaigns;
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously;
- A passion for the travel industry and a creative mindset.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**Mise en place et gestion des comptes**:

- Créer et mettre en place des comptes publicitaires sur différentes plateformes de médias sociaux à partir de zéro;
- Développer et maintenir une hiérarchie de comptes publicitaires structurée pour une gestion efficace des campagnes;
- Contrôler et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires pour une performance et un retour sur investissement maximums.

**Stratégie et exécution de la campagne**:

- Élaborer une stratégie publicitaire complète sur les médias sociaux, alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise;
- Créer des contenus et des textes publicitaires attrayants qui trouvent un écho auprès du public cible;
- Lancer et gérer des campagnes publicitaires sur plusieurs plateformes simultanément.

**Gestion du budget**:

- Maintenir un contrôle strict sur les dépenses publicitaires afin de garantir la rentabilité;
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'allocation budgétaire pour optimiser les dépenses publicitaires et maximiser les retours sur investissement;
- Contrôler et ajuster les budgets en fonction des performances de la campagne.
