**Position Information**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the renewal of existing leases
- Look for new opportunities for the implementation of digital and/or static advertising media
- Manage new and existing customers through good customer service
- Conduct market analyses of quantities and locations of existing structures
- Communicate and work with the Leasing Manager and the Operations team for any project to implement or remove advertising structures.
- Negotiate agreements, short and long term terms and conditions
- Work on the road, take distance measurements between advertising or other media
- Learn about municipal and government regulations
- Meet deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and reminders
- All other related tasks

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Background in urban planning or related experience (an asset)
- Experience in space rental agreements (an asset)
- Experience in contract negotiations(s)
- Be organized and use tools to stay organized
- Good management of priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Quattro (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of municipal by-laws
- Have a vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Available for travel in the Quebec region

**Job description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Be responsible for the renewal of existing leases
- Responsible for searching for new opportunities for the implementation of digital and/or static advertising media
- Manage new and existing customers through good customer service
- Negotiate agreements and their terms and conditions in the short and long term
- Make market analysis relating to the quantities and locations of existing structures
- Communicate and work with the Leasing Director and the Operations team for any installation or removal of advertising structures
- Willing to work on the road, take distance measurements between advertising boards or others structures
- Familiarize yourself with municipalities and government regulations
- Meet deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing reminders
- All other related tasks

**Who you are**
- Excellent verbal and written communications in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Have training in urban planning or related experience (an asset)
- Have experience in space rental agreements (an asset)
- Have experience in negotiation of contracts
- Be organized and use tools to stay that way
- Having efficient priority management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Quattro (an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of municipal regulations
- Being available to travel within the Quebec region
- Have a vehicle with a valid driver's license
