Front Desk Administrator

**Job Duties**
- Warmly greet patients and answer any questions they may have
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, while filling in cancellations
- Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee all patient financial arrangements/payment plans, ensure proper billing and collection procedures
- Provide daily, bi-weekly and monthly reports
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dental industry is required
- Knowledge of Tracker an asset
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
