**Responsibilities**:
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

- Data Management and Cleaning: Identify, extract, and clean data from various sources for input into new faculty data management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with faculty, IT staff, and other stakeholders to collect necessary data and align system capabilities.
- Data Structuring and Entry: Organize and structure data for compatibility with the faculty data management system, followed by efficient and precise data entry.
- Quality Assurance and Reporting: Perform validation of data for quality assurance and generate reports for enterprise reporting and accreditation purposes.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and contribute to the improvement of these processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training development: Help develop training for new users to input new information into the faculty management system
- General Project Management Support: Provide support in managing BI projects, including coordination of tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Ability to independently meet assigned deadlines and prioritize work accordingly with a high level of attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Undergraduate Degree, in Business Management/Administration preferred

**Experience**:
- 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Familiarity with financial records management
- Familiarity with Human Resources principles and practices
- Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
- Ability to ensure expenditures and resources are within allotments, and to make appropriate modifications when required
- Ability to foster collaboration and respect among team members
- Communication skills with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service skills with a desire to achieve results in a professional and timely manner
- Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to create a positive impression while interacting with others and responding to inquiries, by telephone, in person or electronically
- Results-oriented with an ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance
