We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with your project team to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Your responsibilities will include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans, as well as ensuring their proper execution. To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in construction project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan all phases of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports.
- Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Ensure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Project Coordinator to ensure the schedule and deliverables of the project.
- Ensure the order of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Obtain all necessary permits.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
- Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations, collaborating with relevant internal and external resources.
- Update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
- Ensure the timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven work experience in project management of construction projects, with experience in cladding being an asset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, project team members, and contractors.
- Effective communicator and team leader who fosters a collaborative environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent budgeting skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Project.
- Education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Valid Health & Safety certifications.
- Project Management certification is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Valid G driver’s license.
