**We are looking for a full-time, permanent Inventory Control Coordinator.**

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining optimal inventory levels within office product, technology, and furniture by coordinating and completing daily cycle counts, investigating and adjusting inventory discrepancies, processing customer returns and vendor credits. **Who you are**:

- You gather and interpret data in Excel and can present it in a meaningful and insightful way so that everyone can understand it.
- You can identify problems and then evaluate the situation to develop effective, creative solutions.
- You can communicate your findings and ideas to your team members in a way that is concise and clearly understood.
- You are willing to expand your personal skillset to learn new systems and ways of doing things. You value the pursuit of knowledge and information to build a personal inventory of transferrable skills.
- Asset: You have experience working in managing large volumes of inventory in a warehouse setting.
- Asset: You have experience using Sage X3

**Here are a few of the tasks you’ll find yourself doing in this role**:

- Managing daily office product, furniture, and technology inventory cycle counts;
- Process product returns for customers;
- Work with Vendors to request return authorizations and arrange products to be shipped back;
- Complete transfers from our Retail Locations;
- Investigate misplaced products in the warehouse
- Investigate and correct
