**In this role you will**:

- Accurately processing inventory adjustments, ensuring the correct G/L account numbers are applied
- Complete monthly inventory reconciliation for Category A products
- Coordinate and assist with Cycle Counts
- Prepare monthly cycle count reports
- Support management of inventory ensuring FIFO methods are utilized
- Manage inventory levels monitoring for aged product and escalate as needed
- Coordinate inventory requirements for prototype support
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting to manage WIP inventory levels and monitor sales
- Conduct quarterly inventory usage analysis and update holding quantities (Inventory Minimums) as required
- Maintain organized, structured inventory shelving and labeling systems
- Act as support to inventory clerk roles as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**This role might be right for you if you have**:

- A minimum of 5 years inventory experience
- High School Diploma required, a College Certificate would be an asset
- Good understanding of basic transactional accounting principles in relation to inventory control
- Experience with inventory software such as MS Dynamics or another ERP/MRP System
- An understanding of Lean Principles and methodologies would be an asset
- Strong computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records, in an electronic accounting program
- Strong attention to detail, organization and pro-active thinking
- The ability to be flexible and prioritize work in a high-pace environment
- Ability to lift heavy boxes when required
- Demonstrated people and customer service skills with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
