**Role Overview**:
In this role you will be counted on to support our clients and our internal team with sales, marketing and operations related requests and projects. A day in the life of the Operations Coordinator could include assisting clients and connecting them with the appropriate Ammolite team member or department, coordinating social media posts, or supporting the sales team creating proposals and delivering quotes to clients. This role is ideal for those that enjoy a variety of tasks, relish opportunities to provide outstanding experiences to clients and embrace a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations
- Provide a concierge like experience to inbound inquiries, action appropriate requests and direct inquiries to appropriate team members or departments.
- Create and process purchase orders once sales have received client approval.
- Liaise with distribution and supplier partners on order placement, and assist with order management (manage back orders, returns etc.)
- Process client software purchases and change orders with distribution and supplier partners.
- Track shipments and work with carriers as required to ensure orders are successfully delivered to clients.
- Shipping/Receiving administration ensuring inventory flow is captured throughout the procurement process.
- Coordinate inventory levels ensuring that minimum stocking levels are maintained as appropriate.

Sales
- Assist with CRM administration (update client, contact and account information) as required.
- Assist the Account Management and Sales leadership team with creating and processing quotes and proposals.
- Process approved service proposals and liaise with the Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure new clients have an amazing onboarding experience.
- Gather account-based data and create sales reports which the Sales team leverage for regularly scheduled client account check-ins.
- Prepare and circulate sales reports providing key insights to the team.

Marketing
- Counted on to coordinate social media posts by working with internal team members and external parties to create and design messaging.
- Responsible for packaging blog posts, eBooks and other marketing collateral and working with external marketing resources on design and publishing.
- Assist with event management (event coordination and logistics and pre-event guest inquiries).
- Assist with marketing content creation including quarterly newsletter and website.
- Help organize prospect and clients into appropriate marketing campaigns to share Ammolite content applicable to their interests.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Post Secondary Education in a business or related field.
- Expert level organization skills and experience navigating shifting priorities.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations or sales & marketing coordinator related role.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Polished customer service skills and the ability to create first class servicing interactions with our clients.
- Experience synthesizing data from various sources and presenting insights and themes to leadership.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with technology operations or sales and marketing would be an advantage but not required.
- Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation solutions would be an asset.
- Experience with managing logistics and supply chain/procurement would be beneficial.
