Sales and Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated **Sales and Inventory Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be at the center of our operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of customer for clients, providing necessary information and support.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop and introduce new SKUs.
- Utilize POS and inventory systems to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding and supporting team members.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in sales management, customer interaction, and market research.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
- Experience with POS and inventory systems.
- Customer service experience, with the ability to handle diverse customer types confidently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to take direction and provide clear instructions to others.
- Trustworthy and self-confident individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
