As we continue to expand globally, weâre seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist to help us attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent to support our mission of operational excellence.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role and will be organized and proactive. As a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with Posh Propertiesâ goals and culture. You will play a key role in developing innovative recruitment strategies and HR practices, ensuring the seamless execution of the hiring process while supporting overall HR operations.
đResponsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify and engage high-caliber candidates through various platforms, networks, and outreach methods.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job description drafting and postings, resume screening, interviews, handling pre-employment checks such as references and background verifications, and extending offers. Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization, maintain accurate employee records, update company platforms with new hire information, and keep the organizational chart up to date
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing to promote Posh Properties as an employer of choice, creating compelling job advertisements and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and best practices globally.
- HR Support Functions: Assistance with various HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and training coordination, as needed.
đQualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or startups.
- Proficient in thriving within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in ADP Payroll systems, Microsoft Dynamics, and recruitment platforms
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and sourcing in diverse talent markets.

Relevant directement du Chef de Cabinet, le/la candidat(e) idĂ©al(e) disposera dâau moins 3 ans dâexpĂ©rience dans un rĂŽle comparable et sera organisĂ©(e) et proactif(ve). En tant que SpĂ©cialiste en Acquisition de Talents et RH, vous serez responsable de lâidentification, du recrutement et de lâintĂ©gration de talents exceptionnels dans divers domaines, tout en veillant Ă lâalignement avec les objectifs et la culture de Posh Properties. Vous jouerez un rĂŽle clĂ© dans l'Ă©laboration de stratĂ©gies de recrutement et de pratiques RH innovantes, en veillant Ă la bonne exĂ©cution du processus de recrutement tout en soutenant l'ensemble des opĂ©rations RH.
đ ResponsabilitĂ©s
- Sourcing et Recrutement : Identifier et engager des candidats de haut calibre via diverses plateformes, réseaux et méthodes de prospection.
- Recrutement de A à Z : Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, y compris la rédaction et l'affichage des descriptions de postes, la sélection des CV, les entretiens, la gestion des contrÎles préalables à l'embauche tels que la vérification des références et des antécédents, et l'envoi des offres. Aider à l'intégration des nouveaux employés afin d'assurer une transition en douceur dans l'organisation, tenir à jour les dossiers des employés, mettre à jour les plateformes de l'entreprise avec les informations sur les nouveaux employés et maintenir l'organigramme à jour.
- Marque Employeur : Collaborer avec lâĂ©quipe marketing pour promouvoir Posh Properties en tant quâemployeur de choix en crĂ©ant des annonces et campagnes dâemploi attrayantes.
- Collaboration : Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec les gestionnaires dâembauche pour comprendre les besoins en talents et fournir des conseils stratĂ©giques en matiĂšre de recrutement.
