Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, making phone calls, follow ups, etc.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, Salesforce, Kronos, Oracle Dayforce).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $14.25-$20.00 per hour
